We have a position in our Trust Department for a Trust/Tax Solicitor at Associate/Partner level.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Trust/Tax Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE, ideally who is a member of STEP or who is willing to gain STEP membership. The candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with Trusts, including settling, advising and managing trusts in conjunction with Trustees.
The candidate must have experience in advising on the tax consequences in relation to the trusts, on settlement, as part of IHT planning and wealth management. General private client and charity law experience will also be an advantage.
