Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We require an experienced and highly skilled senior solicitor to join our busy conveyancing department. The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

      - Freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
      -Transfers of equity
      - Remortgages
      - Stamp duty procedures
      - Title checking
      - Searches
      - Enquiries, and dealing with all matters generally through to completion. 

The candidate should have extensive (5 +Years PQE preferable) residential conveyancing experience/knowledge within a similar environment and be able to manage their own caseload of files with minimal supervision. This is a busy role, individuals must be able to prioritise work, use initiative and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.  Commercial conveyancing experience would be advantageous but not essential. Competitive salary.

Litigation Legal Secretary

We require a full time legal secretary to join our civil/litigation team in Gravesend. Candidates must have experience and knowledge of civil/litigation documents, including employment, company commercial, compromise agreements, court applications and bundles etc. Coupled with excellent I.T. skills, a professional manner and experience of digital dictation. Knowledge of Partner 4 Windows and Oyez/Laser Forms would be advantageous. This is a busy role and requires a highly organised and motivated individual. Market Salary.
